Welcome to the Abantu Coffee Loyalty App. By downloading or using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. The app is free to use for all Abantu Coffee customers to track and redeem loyalty points based on purchases made at participating Abantu Coffee shops.

Eligibility

The Abantu Coffee Loyalty App is open for all customers. You do not need to create a traditional account; the app uses your phone number for identification, with a one-time password (OTP) system for login. You must provide a valid phone number and your name to participate in the loyalty program.

Loyalty Points and Rewards

The app allows you to earn loyalty points based on your purchases at Abantu Coffee stores. These points can be redeemed for rewards at any participating Abantu Coffee location. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Abantu Coffee reserves the right to modify the rewards program, including how points are earned or redeemed, at any time.

Termination of Use

Abantu Coffee reserves the right to terminate your participation in the loyalty program at its sole discretion. If fraudulent activity is detected, or if you misuse the app, your points and access to the program may be revoked.
